THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WebCME Inc . This is an agreement ("Agreement") between you and WebCME Inc (or, if applicable based on where you live, one of its affiliates) ("WebCME Inc"). This Agreement governs your use of any Web site or Web page operated by WebCME Inc (each, a "WebCME Inc Web Site," and collectively, the "WebCME Inc Web Sites"). You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have attained the age of majority in the province, state or country in which you reside, and any information that you submit is correct. WebCME Inc OFFERS THE WebCME Inc WEB SITES TO YOU CONDITIONED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE WITHOUT MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE WebCME Inc WEB SITES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY; AND AN EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. THESE PROVISIONS FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF OUR BARGAIN.
DISCLAMER . USE OF WebCME Inc IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The lecture, procedure or practice described in the CME videos and slides should be applied by the health care provider under appropriate state, regional, and hospital medical control, in accordance within specialized standards of care used with regard to the exclusive situation that apply in each incident. The viewer is reminded to follow all guide lines specified to their state, regional, local and hospital existing procedures and protocols. WebCME Inc and lecturer cannot accept any responsibility for errors or omissions or for any consequences from application of the information in these videos and slides. WebCME Inc has no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the contents of the video and slides. The use of the CME videos and slides, are for the use for the professionals only. Non-professionals should consult with there doctors.
PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION. Unless otherwise specified by WebCME Inc., the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY. If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify WebCME inc immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. WebCME inc will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by WebCME inc or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE. As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any WebCME inc server, or the network(s) connected to any WebCME inc, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any WebCME inc or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.
LINKS. The Site may contain links to other Internet Web sites or resources. WebCME Inc. does not endorse and is not responsible or liable in any way for any content, advertising, services or goods on or available from such Web sites or resources.
COURSE TERMS. All Online course or courses, The passing grade is 70%. All exams are real time testing and grading. You will have one (1) day from purchase of a course or video, to view it and take the exam. Once the purchase is completed three opportunities will be given to you to take the exam and pass. First the initial exam is taken and if not passed you will be allowed within the remaining time frame of the three days period of the purchase, two more opportunities to retest and pass. If the time frame expires or if you are unable to pass the exam you will be required to purchase the course again in order to retake the exam. Non-professionals will not be aloud to take the exam and receive a certificate but will be aloud to view the videos.
American Heart Association (AHA) Course OR Courses, WebCME INC follows The American Heart Association (AHA) course and/or courses guidelines and/or policies.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS POLICY. All Online course or courses, all purchases are final except, if you have technical problems with the video and you did not take the quiz for the course. You will have three (3) days to e-mail WebCME Inc. for a full refund. American Heart Association Course OR Courses All cancellations and request for refunds must be made in writing as least two (2) weeks prior to the course start date. WebCME INC. reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation, tuition will be refunded or transferred to another course date at WebCME INC’s expense.
LATENESS POLICY. American Heart Association Course OR Courses Participants should arrive for training early. Students who are late will have difficulty catching up once the training has begun. The doors to the classroom will be closed fifteen minutes after the start of the class - if you have not arrived by this time, you will be considered absent and your registration fee will not be returned.
REGISTRATION
Participants must input the CORRECT information into the registration fields, because this information is utilized to create your certificate of completion of the continuing education course, and this information is also forwarded to Accreditation boards for verification of completion of continuing education courses. If you enter the wrong and/or inaccurate information into the registration fields, WebCME.com can and will not be held accountable.
TERMINATION; ACCESS RESTRICTION. WebCME Inc may terminate this Agreement, or terminate or suspend your access to the WebCME Inc Web Sites at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the WebCME Inc Web Sites will immediately cease. UPON SUCH TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION, ANY INFORMATION YOU HAVE STORED ON THE WebCME Inc WEB SITES MAY NOT BE RETRIEVED LATER.
CHANGES TO THE WebCME Inc WEB SITES. THE WebCME Inc MAY CHANGE THE WebCME.com WEB SITES OR DELETE FEATURES IN ANY WAY, AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON.
